What Causes Upper Right Back Pain And Diarrhea?

I have upper right back pain (sharp pain....like a burning sensation near the end of my shoulder blade) my stools are more then 60% soft or I have diareaha. What could this be? Do I need to seek immediate medical attention? I am 45 yrs old, 5'3 height, weight 206 lbs

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

I think that your symptoms are caused by IBS(Irritable bowel syndrome).
Firstly you need to get rehydrated. For that you can take ORS(Oral rehydration solution).

To confirm the diagnosis you need liver function test, abdominal ultrasound, stool culture, complete blood count and urine test.
