What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

my daughter aged 20 yrs weight 52 kgs is having severe pain in upper abdomen since last 2 months she has ben tested negative for typhoid, infection, stones etc. she has also undergone ultrasound and ct scan for the abdomen which reveals nothing, she has taken a course of antibiotics and currently FASIGYN-DS kindly advise the probable cause of the pain and vomiting
