What Causes Unusual Pustules Around A Rash Under The Arm?

I have a spot that got red and is filled with infected fluid a bit (including pus) under my arm. I have now, a rash around that area. What could be the cause. I went through a stalking, and someone poked me under my arm when I was sleeping I assume. I haven t ever used interveous anything; including drugs.

After going through your question, there is likely possibility of skin infection which may be due to
- Excessive sweating.
- Some insect bite.
- Unnoticed prick.

I would like to advise you -
1) Check your blood sugar levels to rule out possibility of Diabetes.
2) Maintain hygiene of underarms.
3) Use dusting powder to keep under arm dry.
4) If no there may be need for oral antibiotics.
