Hi Welcome in HCM. I understand your concern and here I would like to tell you that usually one sided throat pain without fever are due to ulcer on soft palate / uvula / anterior pillar of tonsil / base of tongue on affected side. Most of the time these are dyspeptic (associated with gastric upset) but infective pathology is also quite common. Other possibility is of tonsillar cyst & tonsillolith (stone in tonsil). It will be advisable to consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination to pin point the diagnosis that may be accordingly manage.
