What Causes Unexplained Weight Loss While On Glycomet GP1?

Hello, i was found with diabetes 2, and was advised to have GLYCOMET GP1 tablet once a day. after few days, i left the tablet, as I was feeling better. Now a days i am noticing that I am losing much of weight and feeling exhausted after a little work, Is it due to diabetes or from something else

This is one of typical symptoms of diabetes so the best would be good control of blood sugar and appropriate diet. Also, it may be sign of some other disorder and it this persist, you should do gastroscopy and colonoscopy to rule out some specific disorders of digestion tract.
