What Causes Unexplained Vaginal Bleeding In A Child?

I found a large amount of blood in my 5 year old daughter s panties last night just before she was going to bed. They were clean panties. I had bathed her myself about 1.5 hours before that. She hadn t fallen or anything in between bath and the time I found the blood and she wasn t complaining of hurting? What could this be????

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

There is no reason why a 5 year girl should have bleeding from genitals.
I would suggest you to get assessment from Pediatrician at earliest.
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
