Continuous nausea, vomiting and stomach pain without any diagnosis in spite of CT scan and Endoscopy indicate further evaluation. The most probable diagnosis can be as follows: Intestinal obstruction due to stricture or edema in jejunum or compression form outside on the intestine. Medical problems like kidney problems wherein urea and creatinine are raised. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Clinical evaluation, examination by a General Surgeon. Repeat investigations. Tests of blood for kidney and liver functions. X-ray of the abdomen when there is pain and vomiting. Any other investigations as would be advised on clinical evaluation. All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus tell us the plan of management.
