Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion there are two possible causes one is migraine and one is trigeminal neuralgia. For migraine you you have nausea and vomiting as associated symptoms but you will see swelling on nerve in trigeminal neuralgia. I suggests you to take prophylaxis with topiramate if it is due to migraine as it will give some free intervals. For the drug you need to consult your treating doctor for prescription. Thank you.
