Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain in case if you have been tested negative for HPV even after 6 months screening then the ulcers at the back of tongue can be swollen circumvallate papillae and ulcers or bumps in throat can be due to
throat infection or can be secondary to
acid reflux causing inflammation of throat and bumps due to
acid injury..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Throat swab culture and also pH of throat to rule out for exact cause of the problem and treat you accordingly..
In case of infection antibiotics can be advised..
In case of acid reflux
proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole, antacids and dietary modifications can be advised to you..
As of now do warm saline gargles and avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Maintain a good
oral hygiene and drink plenty of water..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
