What Causes Twitching In Lips?
Yesterday i experienced a twitch in my lower lip left side. it felt like someone had pulled it down with a string. Only lasted a second but then i had dull headache and still have one. It feels like my face hurts as well left side. could it be sinuses?

It might be due to several factors, including sinuses or getting stressed out/anxiety. If it was only one episode, then, there do not worry.
Otherwise, if it will be repeated again, need further evaluation:
- X-ray of the sinuses
- neurological examination of the face skin
- blood electrolytes
