Neurologist, Surgical 's  Response
Hello. Thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. The headache with twitching in eyes, vomiting, nausea, dizziness could be due to

: Migraine - It is one sided throbbing headache with blurring of vision, increase pain in light, fear from light, dizziness, sometimes tingling sensations in limbs, aura like symptoms such as bad smell/taste in mouth can also occur.

If your symptoms resemble above, it could be migraine. For treatment, you should

: Avoid bright light
: Avoid mental/physcial stress
: Avoid some food like Cheese, chocolate, dairy products which can induce it
: You can take painkiller like Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription
: If no relief, you can take Naproxen-Domperidone combination, ergot alkaloid derivatives after proper prescription

If still no relief, consult neurologist for consultation and relief.

: Brain Tumor - Headache with vomiting, dizziness, focal deficit, increase in pain in morning time, dull pain could be due to brain tumor. Usually patient gets relief after vomiting.

For management, you should consult doctor. He will advise CT/MRI brain to rule out any mass in brain. Further treatment will be decided depending on presence of mass, site, size, type and according to surgery risk. Most brain tumours are managed by surgery while some require other treatment like radio surgery, radiotherapy or observation only.

Hope it will help you. Thanks.

Take care.
