Hello!
Thank you for the question on HCM!
I understand your concern.
In my opinion the troubles you have may be signs of depression.
I would like to know if you feel often depressed . Another cause of headache and RLS would be a chronic anemia. The pain touching your skin is not a sign of a specific disorder, just hypersensitivity.
So I would recommend a full blood work for chronic anemia. If I were your doctor I would recommend an antidepressant like amytriptiline for some months and melatonine to regulate your sleep. If anemia is found in your blood iron would be very important to your situation too.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes Dr. Abaz Quka
