Hello! Thank you for the question on HCM! I understand your concern. In my opinion the troubles you have may be signs of depression. I would like to know if you feel often depressed . Another cause of headache and RLS would be a chronic anemia. The pain touching your skin is not a sign of a specific disorder, just hypersensitivity. So I would recommend a full blood work for chronic anemia. If I were your doctor I would recommend an antidepressant like amytriptiline for some months and melatonine to regulate your sleep.
