Everytime i need to go to the toilet lately to have my bowels open i can feel it there ready to come out but its like my muscles just on the end have no strength to push it out. It does not feel like constipation is feels like the muslces around my anus have lost strength. Is that a condition?? What can i do for it??

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed facts of your health query.
I understood your health concerns.

My Impression-
Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
IBS with Constipation.
It is the hardness of stools with less lubrication and fluid around, that is causing difficulty in pushing out the hardened stools with the colonic spasm
from Colitis.
Other Causes- like Fissure in ano/ Proctitis/ or PIles, may cause similar complaints and need to be ruled out by physical examination from surgeon.

REmedy-
Condition is IBS C.
Plenty of Fluids
Cap Sporlac 1 per day x 2 weeks - as probiotic to balance microflora in colon.
Yogurt helpings x 2 times a day
Butter Milk,
High fiber diet,
Spinach Soups- x2 times a day.
Tab Ciplox 500 mg x 10 days
Tab Metrogyl x 2 per day x 10 days,
Avoid any anti-spamodics.
Cap Vit B12-1500 mcg / day /
Tab Folic Acid -5o mg - to recoup Colonic mucosa fast.

Hope this would help to plan treatment with your doctors.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
IBS with C.
Cause of this could be either- chronic Colitis / dieveritculitis / or could be from IBS with abnormal colonic nerve supply / or could be with accompanied proctitis or anal causes like Fissure in Ano / or from Hemorrhoids.
Do' for your case-
Take plenty of fluids.
Consult Surgeon / and Physician to rule out any of the above causes after proper physical abdominal, anal proctoscopy and peri-anal examination and coloscopy / lab and radiological like CT /USG investigations
Change in diet style to Vegies / bland , non spicy , less fried ,less oily diet
Change in life style- with exercises / avoiding outside , street food would help you a lot.
Adding medicines from your doctor to control constipation if its disturbing and annoying would resolve your health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
