I am 61 years old. Last 6 years or so i face problem in breathing while i try to walk rapidly. My ecg and echo cardigraphy is ok. My ldl is 107 and hdl is 39 . If I walk slowly initially then i do not much problem in rapid walking afterwards. Triglyceride is l81. I have high BP last 6 years and I take 1 repace-h everyday. why this problem? tmt result ok also.
Hello and thank you for your question. It's very good that your cardiac tests are normal. The next thing I would suggest that you have checked is your pulmonary function test. This would allow you to know that your lungs are in excellent health as well as your heart. If all is well with your lungs then it may be just the deconditioning and you just need to walk more to build up your stamina. thank you for using healthcare magic
