What Causes Trivial MR/TR In An Echo?

I underwent bypass surgery of single artery, i.e.on 7.5.14, yesterday when i went for a checkup, in echo it has been written trivial mr/tr. I am 60 year old male otherwise my echo is normal. The dr did not mentionanything about it . Will I have any problem in future, I am a bit anxious

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern I would like to explain that "trivial" means non-important. The normal heart may have physiological insignificant valve regurgitation; this is not considered abnormal. So, nothing to worry about.
