What Causes Tremors, Lightheadedness And Blurred Vision?

I am 40, I have hypertension and have been on meds for 13 years. I know am very shaky and lightheaded and my vision in my right eye is blurry and dark. I have recently given up soda and begun an exercise plan, is it possible that I just need to reduce my meds now?

You have not mentioned on what medicines you are now.
Yes, it possible that light headedness is due to low blood pressure. So it's advisable to get your blood pressure checked and adjust the dosage of your medicines. You should also get your eyes checked for blurred vision by fundoscopy and get your blood sugar levels for diabetes.
