Hi,your TSH level is only a little bit abnormal(normal range is 0.4-4.0mU/L.)and in this level it can justifie clinical symptoms if the free thyroid hormons (f T3, fT4 )are normal. This situation is called subclinical hypothyroidism.Actually you are Levothyroxine ,so ,in my opinion the thyroid gland is not the cause of your symptom. If i was your treating doctor i will suggest a blood test for ferriprive anemia and the level of sideremia and Iron in the blood.Other causes of tiredness can be stres and depresion).Hope i have anwered to your question.
