What Causes Tiredness, Sweaty Palms And Chest Tightness?

I have been having indigestion for a few days, been very tired, sometimes to the point of uncontrollably falling asleep at my desk.today i am so tired, I can't concentrate, started getting sweaty palms a little, and a light tightness in my chest...maybe more indestion? I am a 51 yr old woman, have sleep apnea and high blood pressure, but i am only 110 lbs, don't smoke, only have 1 glass of wine with dinner.I don't think I am in a heart attack category, and the symptoms are light.maybe just panic stuff? but never had panic attacks before.

Hi,welcome to HCM,
These symptoms point towards coronary ischemia, which can arise in the setting of underlying hypertension and atherosclerosis,.i suggest you get an ecg and 2D screening echo to rule out cardiac lesions .treatment with antihypertensives like metolor and antiplatelets like clopilet can improve blood flow and reduce the symptoms.consult your cardiologist for further queries.
thank you
