What Causes Tiredness, Sleeplessness, Dizziness And High BP?
I have been very tired every day for the past couple months. I wake up every hour or two at night. Last week, a blood vessel broke in my eye, and it was a very stressful day. I wondered if it was my blood pressure. I started feeling dizzy today and I felt anxious, and got a little scared so I went to sit down. THe school nurse took my blood pressure and it was 150/90.

U should check your blood pressure and it is Better to start
Antihypertensive medication with consultation with doctor.
U should also do routine blood test
U should do ldl hdl and triglycerides level.
If necessary antilipidemic drugs like atrovastatin 10mg can be stared.
