What Causes Tiredness, Fatigue, Extreme Bone Joint Pain And Sleeplessness?

I sir, I have a extreme tiredness, fatigure, extreme bone joint paint, non-sleepiness,

i take a t3, t4, tsh test, result is abnormal doctor confirmed as Hypothyroid problem. i am having Ciplar 10 Mg, Diataal D for the past 2 weeks, but i have no seen any changes. Or it will take a time.



Especially i have a severe bone joint pain, this is due to low thryoid, or i want to check any bone and joint specialist.



Pls advice me, Awaiting for your response.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism. You are taking treatment but it may take approximately 6 weeks for improvement. If you don't see any improvement after six weeks then you should repeat your T3, T4& TSH level and set the dosage accordingly.

Bone and joint pain may be unrelated to thyroid so consult orthopedic surgeon once for that.
