What Causes Tiredness During Flu?

Hi, I have a mild flu which is most apparent in the morning and evenings, and my entire front right rib is painful despite the fact that I sneez seldomly or even cough, I hv also a mild soar throat. My appetite its fine I eat well but I feel tired most of the time. What may be the cause?

During flu tiredness is a very common symptom, it happens simply because your body is recruiting resources to fight against the infection (simplest way of saying it). so rest proper hydration is the key for quick recovery. if symptoms worsened and stayed longer than a week please refer to your doctor.
