What Causes Tiredness , Dizziness , Vomiting And Diarrhea?

Hi, 2 days ago, I became very tired whilst walking around town. I felt very thirsty, tired, and stopped for a tea and sweet tart to boost my energy. 4 hours on I was still very tired, and then started feeling nauseous, followed by vomiting, and watery diarreah which lasted through the night. I also felt waves of dizziness and felt close to blacking out. Presuming it must be food poisoning, I ate very little yesterday, and tryied to force in some salted fluids. This morning I passed a small of amount of watery diarreah again,and I have an aching lower back. This is day 2- should I seek advice yet at the clinic? Thank you

Tab Imodium-1 x 2 times per day x 3-5 days time.
Tab Meftal spas- 1 x 2 times a day 2 days time
Tab Ciplox 1 x 2 times a day x 3-5 days time
Tab Sporalc 1 x 2 times per day.
This would recoup in 3-5 days time.
