What Causes Tiredness, Back Pain And Frequent Urination?

i am feeling very tired, have lower back pain, and pee every 5 minutes. I am 34 yrs old, female, not pregnant, not a uti. I drink about 7 bottles of water daily and dont drink anything else but water. what is causing this. it has been going on for 4 weeks now. I am about 20 lbs over weight but have been that & never had these problems.
