What Causes Tiredness And Stress After Thyroidectomy?

i,am a 40 yr old male I had a total thyroidectomy done/ I was very active in the gym until I had this done / I want to know what kind of supplements I can take over the counter. I due a lot of running !! but lately I feel really tired and stressed... I use to take pre and post work out vitamin like animal pack and weigh shakes

I read your query carefully and understood your concern!
After total thyroidectomy hormonal replacement therapy is started. You didn't mention any actual treatment.
If you are not taking levothyroxine, i do recommend to start it immediately because the lack of the thyroid hormones can be the cause of many concerns.
The dose depends on your weight and 6 weeks after starting the treatment you should check the hormonal level to see if the dose is correct.
