General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having some wasting disease like primary complex giving this type of symptoms.
Consult your doctor and get examined and investigated like,
x ray chest, routine blood testing like TC. DC, ESR, Hb. and routine urine check up for infection.
Rule out possibility of having worm infestation as well.
If all reports are normal then prescription of Cyproheptidine and some multivitamine medicine andwell proteindietwill give normal appetite and weight gain.
Okandtakecare.
