What Causes Tiredness And Lightheadedness After Taking Propranolol?

I have been diagnosed with lqts and taking propranolol beta blockers. I m 52 and have high blood pressure. I get tired several times during the day and occasionally light headed. Been taking propranolol for over a month. How long will it take for side effects to go away or is this the new normal for me considering the lqts
