What Causes Tiredness And Headache After Collision?

I was in a car accident last week, rear ended the person in front of me about 45 mph. Airbags didnt deploy so my face hit my steering wheel. That day i had a migraine of course with some naseau but the next day that went away. What im worried about is i have been having a stiff neck although ct scans came back normal and im tired all day long. My appetite has decreased significantly and although i make sure to eat im still constantly tired and fatigued and get headaces on and off. Im not sure if i should return to the doctor or if this is normal.
