I really don t have any symptoms of the disease. I m not thirsty I have not lost weight I ve been 220 for a couple of years. I also take levothyroxine .05 mg every morning. General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

With a history of hypothyroidism, you may first want to confirm that your thyroid hormone levels are normal.

Other causes would be anemia, sleep disorders, fatigue related to chronic medical illness, side effect of medication, depression.

A blood test can assess for anemia and your doctor can check for any other problems as well

The treatment would depend on the cause.

I hope this helps
