What Causes Tinnitus, Itching Around The Ears And Dizziness?

My ears itch and ring Also I will have sudden attacks of loud noise followed by dizziness and sometimes I pass out. Yes, I have been to doctors--their answers are possible vertigo which produces anxiety. Have tried the epley maneuver, reducing salt, no sudden movements, etc. No one seems to be able to figure out what is happening.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tinnitus and dizziness which is due to ear infection, stress , temporomandibular joint problem, increase blood pressure and serious acoustic neuroma like condition.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid touching or pricking it with any sharp object and maintain hygiene of ear canal. Put Otogesic ear drops. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once and get it examined. Doctor may order certain test like audiometry, CT scan, low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
