What Causes Tingling Tongue, Neck Pain And Chest Pain?

cotemporaneous cramping in tongue(front base and back/lowerbase (as felt from the outside), pain in neck under right jaw( felt like cramp- tightnes) and lower chest pain center and to right- a pressure pussing out. intermittent tip of tongue tingling. begain 1hr ago. quieted down within 30 min. left my outside of trachea or esophagus feeling as if had been bruised...... might describe the post chest pain as like mild heartburn

If you are a middle aged male
person ,chest pain associated with radiation to jaw
Can be a serious condition, like angina or heart attack.if you have hypertension and hypercholesteremia ,then it might be angina.kindly refer to cardiologist once .
