What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Penis?

My husband s got some scarring on the head of his penis due to scraping against my teeth during oral sex. We got him checked and got the blood tests done which ruled out std. But even now, after years ,the scars are still there. And he feels an uneasy tingling sensation there when there is a climate change and it suddenly gets colder. The scars are like grey spots and it doesn t seem to just go away. The doctor had prescribed Candid,at that time. Please suggest as to what to do.

it is neurological problem it is caused by injury due to oral sex. can be herpes genitalis or hiv infection. both should be excluded by investigation if positive then recomanded treatment should be given. avoid oralsex it harmful from all respect.candid is to treat fungal infection i think there is no such indication. treatment should be after getting report of investigation and local examination by specialist.
