What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Penis Head After Urination?

After I urinate, I feel a tingling in the head of my penis that lasts a couple of minutes. My lower back aches, which is the first symptom I had. My urine is clear with no odor. I drink a lot of water. I have ejaculated with no pain. No pain during urination. No discharge, but urine does drip a little after I urinate. I am 53 years old. No fever.
