General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Cubital tunnel syndrome is a neurologic disorder that may not have a specific cause. However, any condition that increases pressure around your wrist can provoke it ranging from injuries to systemic disorders.Treatment could be surgical in severe cases or not.The additional tingling in you ring finger could still be a neurologic manifestation of the problem or an associated metabolic problem. If i were you treating physician, i request a calcium and magnesium work-up.Then place you on an anti-inflammatory, vitamin B6 and Nucleo CMP while waiting for the results of the test.Get to you physician and share this with him.
wish you a quick recovery
