What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Feet And Hands?

I am having tingling in feet and hands, difficulty sleeping some nausea. . .dizziness started after a walk tonight, slightly nautious stomach. . .had a massage early in the week (Monday), felt some scrunching in the neck, wondering about vertigo? But I am not able to sleep, when I fall asleep my hands go to sleep

You have not mentioned your age and any other problem. Yet I assume that numbness may be due to pressure of your vertebral bones / disks, in your neck, on the nerves supplying your arms, passing in between them. You need to rule out Disbetes and go for Radiological Scan of your back bone. ( X-Rays or CT Scan) or MRI.
