What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Clitoris?

I felt I had a UTI Monday so I got over the counter drugs. And Wednesday I went to the doctor for a UTI test which came back negative. The doctor said it could be thrush but I'm still getting a tingling sensation around my clitirous, which makes me feel like I need to wee. What could this be??

Hallow Dear,

With the history of urinary tract infection, the tingling feeling at the clitoris suggests that there is still irritation at the base of the bladder.

Just near the Clitoris, external urinary opening is situated. Sensations in the base of the bladder are referred to the external opening of the urethra giving continuous feeling of urination. If your urine examination has proved that your urinary infection is cleared, you will have to take some medicines which will pacify the base of the bladder. You seem to have residual Trigonitis (inflammation of the base of the bladder).

Take some urinary alkalinizers like Citralka. A medicine named Pyridium is urinary analgesic. It will surely give you relief for these symptoms. However be informed that this medicine turns the colour of the urine to red. Nothing to be worried about; it is the colour of the medicine.

I am sure this will; help you.
