What Causes Tingling Sensation In Legs Along With Back Pain?

im having a tingling numbness feeling in legs, sharp pain in RT shoulder and RT arm. lower back hurts as well. I do have A.P.L.S my blood pressure is 108 over 57 pulse is 78 and blood sugar is 90. should I seek medical help now or call family doctor Monday?

I understand your concern.
Your symptoms in lower limb indicate pinching/ compression of nerve supplying , at spinal level
Shoulder joint pain& arm on right side suggests involvement of nerve in neck & cervical spine
For this you need a spinal surgeon's advise . treatment can be with medicines. physiotherapy or surgery.
