I was at work, not doing anything strenuous. I heard a pop in my ear and was immediately dizzy and my face became tingly. That was about one hour ago and my face is still tingling. I really don't want to go to a doc unless I have to. Sound serious?

hello there, im dental specialist, thanks for the quiery. i think it was clicking of your tm joint, i suggest you take an opg radiograph to c any changes of your tm joint, otherwise only tingling sensation , so i suggest take an analgesics it should come down. Hope it helps.
