What Causes Tingling Sensation During Urination?

Hi I ve been having a tingling sensation before and while I pee. It started about a week before I got my period. The first day I had abdominal pain but that was it. Now im on my period and often have the urge to pee. I m not sure if its a UTI or if its possible this is due to some sort of sexual activity trauma to the tissue down there.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. For abdominal pain you can take meftal spas. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly
