What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Hands And Feet?
I have been experiencing tingling/numbness is hands and feet...worse at night. I have also experienced muscles soreness absent of wxercise or injury I have tested/screened negative for auto-immune, liver and kidney ailments...no thrombosis I just recently discovered soft/spungy spots on the rear crown of my head I also have occasional tension headaches

Get your blood pressure and blood glucose levels checked. It could also be because of vitamin B12 deficiency, more commonly seen in vegetarians. A multivitamin tablet with vitamin B12 once a day will help. If you want fast results, you could also go for injectables.
