What Causes Tingling In Hand/palm And Raised Vein On Arm?

I have tingling i my left hand palm and if i have my arm our flat the vein raise or bulge if my arm is upright then the vein dont bulge any reason just noticed this vein bulging today from wat a freidn told me
i had been cutting palm leaves off tree about 4 weeks ago and a palm spike cut my palm slightly under the small finger and i only noticed this tingling slowly a week later
