Hi,

tingling in fingers can be due to end number of factors for which a proper assessment is needed. but at most times it's just about weakness of the muscles around the spinal column and the supply it does in upper limb from shoulder to fingers. why don't you just try taking proper diet and some small neck exercises for strengthening the neck muscles. Also look to strengthen the upper limb muscles which will help you avoid the tingling and you will surely be helped.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

thank you
