When I exercise (weight lifting, calisthenics and cycling) on a routine basis I am often woken up at night due to tingling in my pinky, ring and middle fingers and the same side of my palm. I know there is a connection because when I fall off the exercise wagon, the tingling stops. Not only does it occur when I am asleep but also any time during the day. I have been exercising most of my life, I am 48, but these symptoms started about two years ago.
