General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
The commonest causes of tingling and fullness feeling in the ears is due to Otitis Media secondary to Rhinitis or Sinusitis. Occasional a problem with the inner ear or the Neuritis of the vestibulochoclear nerve can cause similar feeling.

Get an opinion of an ENT surgeon, go for Audiometry and CT scan of the mastoids to get a proper diagnosis.
