What Causes Tingling Effect After Using A Condom?

I had sex with a condom and took it off then I felt a burn as if I was cut when I was receiving oral it was a red line on my penis I checked to see if I was bleeding I wasn t we re both virgins so I didn t think nothing of it and it healed u hardly see the mark and 4 weeks have passed and no symptoms of diseases but I get a tingling once in awhile everyday but that has always happened even before but its a little more now do I have anything

1.Very few people does have latex allergy which can give similar symptoms like itchiness, tingling and soreness.
2.The other possible cause could be performing coital activity in very dry condition may cause, to to the friction - this can be reduced with various kind of lubricants available in the market.
3.Finally maintain local hygiene clean with water with few drops of antiseptic liquid added within.
4.Apply some moisturising cream as local application, that along with the above precautions will give the relief.
5.If symptoms persists, you might need to visit your GP and get examined and treated accordingly.
