What Causes Tingling And Itching Sensation In Hands While Sleeping?

I woke up after a couple hours sleep with tingling and mild itching/burning sensation in my hands and feet. I had a sneezing fit , and now feel short of breath and have a dry, unproductive cough. I took a Benadryl allergy capsule, in case I m having an allergic reaction to something.

tingling and numbness are mostly because of two causes..
1.compression of nerves while sleeping
2.compression of blood vessel so that reduce blood supply..
so..change your sleeping position..
you can do blood test for VITAMIN B 12 and if deficient correct it by injection of vitcofol 5 doses alternate day..
