What Causes Tightness Of Throat And Earache With Dull Ache In Chest?
i been having tight throat feeling sometimes throat hurts and ears ache, and in my left nostril i have inflamed and red, sometimes it feel like i have something in nostril. i have now a dull ache in front on upper chest by breast it feels tender when i press on it, what can this be ?

Acutely inflamed nostrils with pain throat and earache suggests possibility of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Tightness in chest is not specific sign of any serious abnormality.If associated cough is there then that causes chest discomfort.
