What Causes Tightness In The Eye Sockets & Puffiness?

The only way i can describe this is that i am having what feels like tightness in my eye sockets. Around my eyeball itself, it feels like something is hindering the movement--like pressing on the eyeball. My eyes have become puffy over the last couple of years and are chronically dry also. What could this be?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to sinusitis or dehydration. Do you have blocked nose on and off , heaviness of head ? If yes then consult an ENT specialist to rule out sinus problems and to mange it. Take more plain water daily. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Taking chewable vitamin C daily is good also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
