What Causes Tightness In The Chest After Food Intake?

What can be wrong with my fiance? He has chest tightness that is all over the top of his chest, If he eats he feels it more. He has been to the hospital and they say that its more than likely not his heart. They still have to do a few more tests. He is 33, 5'11", 180 lbs and has high blood pressure.
