What Causes Tightness In Chest Along With Burping And Swollen Hands?

Hi I ve been on vyvanse 30 mg 2 10mg tab at 8am and another 10 at 2pm since December 29th 2015 - I was given this medication for binge eating disorder and it has helped with that a lot . My question is Saturday evening (today is Monday) around 10 pm I started to notice tightness in my chest and shoulder blade on the left side accompanied by a restless left arm. I figured this could be indigestion and I took a 40mg tecta at 1 am. Since then I have been experiencing a lot of burping , mild cold sweaty hands , hot sweaty swollen hands and mild shortness of breath. I do have a history of pvc s for about 2 years now. I have had no more pvc s than I regularly do on this medication ? I have done a lot of research on vyvanse but I can t seem to find much relating to my symptoms. Is this normal for people without add on this medication ? Thanks in advance for your input

Based on facts of your query, Your husband seem to suffer from-
Drug Induced/ PVCs/ Angina with Gastritis.
I would suggest you to go to ER Cardiac department.
Get ECG done and Reduce on dosage of Vyavancse with Consults from your attending doctor.
Your check up for Angina and Angiography SOS, to rule out any accompanied with blocks in the coronaries, would lead to proper treatment from your doctors.Simultaneously, reducing on your weight and careful reduction in eating habits with well controlled Vyavanse dosages would resolve the problems you have with its overdrugging.
