What Causes Tightness Around Chest Area And Difficulty Breathing?

I have a tight band all around my chest/rib cage and it makes deep breathing difficult. It is just below my breasts and it goes all around my torso? It is especially bad when I m in bed at night if I turn over and really bad when laying on my back? Any ideas? Debbie

I really appreciate your concern, such pain in different areas of body could be due to fibromyalgia and functional condition may be responsible for this, so try to come out of this, have some relaxation therapy, yoga and meditation, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
